Terms of Service & Prices

• Commercial uses

🌼 By commissioning me you're buying a service not the full rights of the picture. (wip or finished art).🌼 If you need it for your project (for example using a design I did for your webcomic) I tend to let you use it freely without having to pay anything, I just preferred that you notify me about it first !🌼 You can use what I draw you for personal use:
> Icon / banner / wallpaper ect…
> Sharing anywhere with proper credits
> Doing merch for you & your friends
(not for profit !!! Only to have personal goodies)

🍂 I keep the right to cancel the commission and refund you whenever I need to.🍂 Check carefully what type of commissions are open before you ask for a slot. You can try to ask something specific but I can't promise I'll accept.🍂 Please provide me clear references of your characters and even outfits and poses if needed.
> Avoid big descriptions, it's better to work with a clear picture with flat colors.🍂 When your slot is validated, I will draw a sketch and wait for your validation before cleaning everything. After this step I will not edit the drawing for free anymore !

• About NSFW

🌼 You have to be at least 18 years old to commissioned me NSFW art. If I find out that you lied about your age, you will be blacklisted.🌼 Your characters have to be 18+ and look like they are adult. If for any reason, I feel uncomfortable to draw your characters in NSFW situation, I will not accept your demand and refuse payment.🌼 I only accept to draw human penises or original ones. I will not draw real animal penis of any kind. If your oc has one, by accepting my T.O.S you also allowed me to redesign your OC genitals to fit a human one. (100% human looking or mix original X human looking)🌼 Calling your oc by any of this labels/slurs will automatically cancel your commission: 【LINK】> Those words are a real problem and have an impact in our life and society, I will not accept to work for people finding it funny while it's hurting minorities and participating to banalization of dangerous behaviour and misinformation.

• About Credits

🍂 Even if you paid for it, you have to credit me properly if you share the art anywhere on the internet:🍂 Writing my name clearly :
> Sproutkid + link of any of my social media.
> Tagging me (@/name or @name)🍂 It's absolutely not allowed to erase my signature on the artwork ! Paying for it doesn't give you the right to erase me from my own work. If you are caught erasing the sign, you will be blacklisted.

• Deadlines

🌼 If you need your commission for an event (birthday, gift etc), give me the date and order at least 3 weeks before the deadline ! If you don't, I won't be able to do the work in time and have to decline the purchase.🌼 If commissioning art of an OC who's not yours, you have to have the authorization of the owner to use it and provide the owner's link (TH, social media of any kind ..)🌼 If anything looks suspicious, research can be made to be sure everything is alright.

• Refunds

🍂 You can ask for a refund during 2 weeks after having your slot paid and validated.🍂 If you need to get your money back, please notify me as quickly as possible to cancel your slot if not already paid, or to send you a full refund !🍂 Full refund is only possible if I didn’t began your commission yet🍂 If you ask refund during the 2 weeks cooldown and I have already drawn something (sketch or more):Only partial refund would be available : it can be less than the half of the full price you paid depending of how much I work on it.

• ☕ Classic

Additional fees may be added for complex designs
I won't draw complex background or background at all, mecha, big group of ocs together, offensive art...【Sketch】 +10€ if you want flat colors
【Flat】 include clean lines.

• 🧋 Refsheet

Additional fees may be added for complex designs
All refsheets include a color palette.
Prices are for simple to mid complex designs. Refsheet's prices are for clean lines only ! Ask me about sketchy refsheet.*Simple chibi : Symetrical chibi for outfits
